Nick was wonderful from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions and directed me to a vehicle he thought I would like more than what I thought I wanted. I love my Envision. He was not pushy. I will be using Nick and referring friends to him from now on.

The whole experience was horrible from start to finish. 1st the service writer never took notes on issues I have with my new truck. I told him I would need to make another appointment he never made it. It took almost 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I finally got my truck back they left my tire loose and almost hit a car because my tire almost fell off. Dealing with a manager who offered me a free oil change was a joke. I had to tell them I want a new rim.

The only thing I needed was a New York State Inspection. Jimmy got me in and out very fast with nothing wrong with my car. I also had time to talk to the collision Mgr about a few scratches and gouges I would like to get taken care of, we had a very good discussion.

While I have been experiencing issues with the electronic connections in my vehicle since the purchase, I realized my manufacture warranty was nearly expired prior to my last appointment. I had called Buick customer service and started a claim, called all over to get an appointment before the term date and basically had a heap of stress on my plate. Buick customer service lead me to believe I needed to do more to help myself. Well, after going to the dealership and speaking to several employees and the shop manager… it seems I was mislead. Bob in service and his manager gave me all the information I needed! They were able to get the warranty to cover the updates needed to the instrument control panel cluster and it seems I should have just talked to them directly in the first place. It would have saved me a lot of stress and multiple calls. I wish this conversation happened prior to speaking with Buick customer service but either way, the car is working and they got me through it. You’ve made a big difference in my hectic life. I was able to make it out to help my uncle who’s recently been put in hospice, get to book club and to help my father who recently had eye surgery. All of these locations are at least 20-30 minutes from my home. Life is never easy but having a reliable vehicle and a team of people who are willing to put in the work to get you from A to B really does make a difference. The money saved with the warranty coverage also makes a huge difference. Thank you for your help and care service team!
