Friendly, knowledgeable staff is always a pleasure to work with. The service department associate I worked with noticed my inspection was due and was able to work that into my scheduled appointment. I mentioned that one of my lug nuts was missing, and that I had spares in the glove box, but they found a brand new one and replaced it at no charge. My estimated wait time was spot on.

Gave them a note as to what was happening ( exact to the tee) if they would have done as explained they could not have missed the viberation or drone sound, was told could not duplacate problem. Could have showen them but was not ask. No code so they passed it off. How do i know because i worked in auto industry all my life before retirement, am going to give them another chance on Monday march 4th 2024

My service was great as usual. I was met by Jimmy when I arrived at my appointment time. We went over some things about my car and then the car was sent to the shop for my NY inspection. When that was completed he brought my car to a parking area for me to get in.

I brought my GMC 2500HD in because i was having problems with the truck starting. I had Interstate battery test the battery and said it was fine. Brought the truck in for service and paid the fee to have it analyzed and was told i need a battery so i had them replace it. Left for vacation for a week came back and attempted to start the truck and it won't start. I have a new appointment but have lost confidence, and unable to start the truck with a plow on it.
