Overall, the experience was excellent, with the exception of the technical difficulties setting up my GMC account, and loading and activating the app on my phone as part of the delivery process. This was not the fault of the salesman or the dealership, but did add an hour to the process. I prefer the old delivery process which was far easier. Sign the paperwork, hand over the check, get the keys and out the door.
