Sales people are great, service is good, parts department needs to follow up on promised parts they were to order. Better notes should be made on individual accounts so the customer is not responsible for remembering details and dates for promised future work.

The whole experience was horrible from start to finish. 1st the service writer never took notes on issues I have with my new truck. I told him I would need to make another appointment he never made it. It took almost 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I finally got my truck back they left my tire loose and almost hit a car because my tire almost fell off. Dealing with a manager who offered me a free oil change was a joke. I had to tell them I want a new rim.

The only thing I needed was a New York State Inspection. Jimmy got me in and out very fast with nothing wrong with my car. I also had time to talk to the collision Mgr about a few scratches and gouges I would like to get taken care of, we had a very good discussion.
