I returned to the dealership, once again to end a lease and get a new one going. I was helped from beginning to end, as always by Mike Matthews, who helped me finalize the end-of-term process for my former 2021 GMC Terrain, and into a beautiful 2023 Buick Envision ST. This is now the fourth vehicle leased from the dealership and Mike has helped me since day one; even helping my mother recently get into her second lease from Cappellino as well. Mike's efforts, along with the entire staff are invaluable, year after year!

LABOR CHARGED AT $262 pr hr was funny since the air pressure in my tires not checked. what else did cody miss that i don t know yet?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our labor rate is $185/hr. Your service consisted of an oil change, tire rotation as well as replacing the front and rear brakes. The labor charge of $262.00 was due to your service repair which took over an hour to complete.
