Nick was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and found me the vehicles that I wanted to see. He heard what I really wanted and was able along with the team at Buick make it so that I could afford the vehicle that I really wanted. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. I did not feel any pressure to buy a vehicle.

Dropped car off Friday night for Saturday am. (Could use a light in the drop down envelope box..) Tech called to review in am. Very helpful and thorough. Called when car was done a couple hours later. Picked up with cashier. Love this dealer, great service and great staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff is always a pleasure to work with. The service department associate I worked with noticed my inspection was due and was able to work that into my scheduled appointment. I mentioned that one of my lug nuts was missing, and that I had spares in the glove box, but they found a brand new one and replaced it at no charge. My estimated wait time was spot on.

Gave them a note as to what was happening ( exact to the tee) if they would have done as explained they could not have missed the viberation or drone sound, was told could not duplacate problem. Could have showen them but was not ask. No code so they passed it off. How do i know because i worked in auto industry all my life before retirement, am going to give them another chance on Monday march 4th 2024
