Did not do a good job in diagnosing the problem. Cylinder 5 has a misfire counter that they ignored. Another dealer is looking at the issue and will fix under power train warranty. Cappelino charged me $167. Service manager said that a rough idle is normal on a $100k vehicle and they all do it. Will never go back there for service and will never buy another vehicle from them.
