Such an awful experience took my entire day for the problem to not be fixed and to come out next week to finish. Also the platinum warranty that was specifically bought for just this issue is well as useless as any euphemism you want to use. Awful awful experience. And I have to come back next week to be bent over again.

Mr. Farnham, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. We understand that you have a long distance to drive here. This appears to have been the reason you elected to wait while the vehicle was being serviced. As we already discussed there was no refrigerant dye leaking at the time of the service and we need to re-evaluate the system for signs of leakage after it is has been in operation for a few days. We also committed to reimbursement of any diagnosis fees that the service contract may cover. Your closing comments were disturbing as we already indicated we would not charge you to re-inspect for dye on the return visit. Looking forward to resolving the issues as soon as possible.
