My 2016 Regal with only 26,000 miles needed to have the transmission replaced. Greg and Lindy were the main people taking care of the situation. They searched for several days to find a factory remanufactured transmission to put in my car. Both Greg and Lindy spent many hours responding to my inquires and concerns. I felt that they took a personal interest in doing whatever they could to help me out and were sensitive to the extremely expensive cost of replacing the transmission. They spent a great deal of time explaining the options of how to deal with the problem and relating the cost as well as the benefits and potential problems associated with the options. Coty was the technician who performed the actual work. He also was very patient with my questions and provided me with good information. Despite the fact that I cannot understand how a transmission would fail on a car with 26,000 miles, I feel that the service I received was exemplary. My warranty expired in Dec of 2022 and the cost of this repair was not covered. I am dealing now with GM regarding this situation. It seems like this transmission failure, at 26,000 miles should be covered regardless of the status of the warranty. My GM # is 910851560811 Marlene Craden 716 479 2372 Cell Phone
