Installation of computer chip turned out to have problems but everything was worked out very much to my satisfaction. Special kudos to technician Mike, to service manager and above all to Steve King who kade it possible for me to get home to my wife who requires 24/7 care. Thanks, Steve!!!!!

Minimal waiting time. Professional and friendly. The only negative comment would be the fact I was told that your company will no longer accept a check in payment since I leased my vehicle from you over three years ago and any maintenance provided was paid with a check. Never a problem with the check.

Was a little disappointed that the repair could not be completed same day. The problem was a known defect by GMC/Chev for the past 5 years. This inexpensive part should be in stock, knowing it’s a common issue. Diagnosis should have been quick

I am having issues with my vehicle and when I bring it in, the issue is never resolved. I am being told that I have to wait until I’m am experiencing the problem then bring it in. When I do, the problem and the problem is being witness by the tech person and still I’m told that I can not be helped. What am I to do.? Therefore, if leaving this message doesn’t help me. I well seek assistance elsewhere and let them know there were no efforts made to resolve my issues with you. This had been going since last fall of 2022. Smh Melissa Howell
