We had a two hour wait for a scheduled oil change , and the manager told us " I did my job making your appointment , but you know how the union service guys are.....they take a lot of breaks because they are a union and I can't control that. As a side note , we spent approximately $ 175,000.00 on new vehicles during 2023.
