I left a voice mail about a problem with my 2022 Sierra on a Sunday evening. I received a call from the service manager early on Monday morning asking about the problem and was told to bring it right in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me about what was the issue. I was given a very nice loaner vehicle as the problem would take a few days to fix. I think this was great service.
