Confirmed Service Customer
This is the second time I've worked with Madison in the service dept, and she is just amazing. We dropped off our vehicle the day before our scheduled service and discussed the issues that needed to be addressed. Madison called us that evening saying they were able to get our truck in early, had diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. She clearly explained that while they would try to get parts by the next day (Friday), the normal delivery schedule was Mon/Tue. We appreciated the realistic timeline. Just before noon on Friday, I received a call saying our truck was ready. On top of that, the repairs were covered under our warranty, leaving us with just the deductible and the cost of an oil change. When we picked it up Saturday, the cashier easily located our GM account and we were able to use points to cover a significant portion of the bill. The team at Cappellino is a well oiled machine. I have never left the dealership feeling overcharged or under serviced like I have with so many others. Thank you for your amazing customer service.
