Completed my service with friendly, and in timely manner.

I thought it took a little longer than expected for an oil change and tire rotation

The saleswoman was very friendly. She knew the product she was selling. She answered all my questions. She called and texted in a timely matter. Finance department on the other hand wasn’t a great experience. I told the sales manager and finance person this is the price I want and not a cent more. They both agreed and said it would that amount or lower. I come back to sign the paperwork and of course it’s higher. I work for gm so I’ll always will buy their products. But if this a non gm product person they might not come back. Honesty and integrity are important. Plus he messed up the tax rate so I had to come back again. Then the gmc emblems weren’t installed. Now I have to go back again to have them installed. Giving me a loaner car at the very least. So that’s another day I have to waste my time. Things happen but how you handle them matter.

Friendly staff, excellent communication and follow through. My only suggestion would be to have had the snow cleaned off of my vehicle while I was checking out.
