Efficient and professional Very friendly

Truck in for warranty work- diagnosis by On Star during event and Capelliino service advisor during check in was P1098- the well know3.0 Duramax issue CCV/coolant cointroil valve. Recievde truck back last week. Approximatley 300 miles on truck over the week and weekend, Saturaday 1/3/26 the check engine light came on while driving in Williamsville. Called On-Star to diagmois while I was driving. One of thye codes was P1098. Went immeduatley to Capellino GMC and asked the service advisor to please scan my vehicle while the check engine light was on. Checking the repair order #6081169, the auxillary coolant pump was replaced, not the coolant control valver assembly. Dealership had my truck for 2-weeks and should have replaced the CCV

Daniel the service advisor did an excellent job he got me in right away and took care of my issues with my new truck. I also witnessed him taking his time with another customer explaining issues with her vehicle in a way so that she understood. I was impressed with that.

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership where very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. They found the truck I was looking for and delivered as promised. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Even though my original sales rep, Tim was not available. He left me in the hands of Mr. Young, who was very personable as Tim is, and I think he took very good care of us It was a good experience thank you.

Mike Mathews has been so good and patient with me and others I have brought in for a vehicle. Everyone has been nice to work with no high pressure just plain down to earth pleasant thank you and merry Christmas
