All of my service appointments at Cappellino Buick have been managed by personnel who can be characterized as personable, competent & efficient. Regarding my recent appointment, I especially note these characteristics as exemplified by body shop manager Lisa Shevlin. I was happy to take this survey & will fill our surveys in the future, BUT: So many business emails are automatically-generated these days, yet I would observe that while as of this writing only 3 days have passed since this recent service appointment, I have received TWO emails urging me to answer these questions. A little patience would go a long way in prompting a customer's response as well as respect for GM instead of being given the impression that he is being badgered. People DO have lives to lead.
