I had a serious issue and needed to negotiate service on my car which was dead in my driveway while I was out of town. Vince and Connie took great care of me, assured me of a replacement vehicle if I needed it and kept me informed of progress over the three days they had my car. I very much appreciate the high level of professionalism and concern afforded me during this episode.
