Review Details

The lady who took my car in for the oil change reviewed my requirements. She asked if I wanted my windscreen wipers changed as down on the card. I said no unless she felt it was necessary. She immediately checked them and said they were still in good working order. She also said that I did not need to rotate the tyres as they had done such low mileage since the last change (Covid 19 making it less safe to travel). I was pleased I did not have to spend money unnecessarily. She came to find me when the oil change was complete and confirmed not other issues were found with my car. The whole process was completed professionally but empathetically. I am pleased.
