Confirmed Service Customer
Dropped off car Sunday evening. I was told to fill out an envelope, place keys in envelope and drop in box. There were no envelopes left in box. Drop box was filled with other customers envelopes that were not secured and very easy to pull out with my fingers. Easy way for a thief to steal vehicles right off the lot. Was told my truck was ready for pickup on Tuesday. Arranged a pickup for Wednesday when my wife and I could schedule between our business and busy schedule. My wife gets in the truck and notices that the entire back seat is taken apart. She goes back inside, they say they forgot about it and will only take 20-30 minutes to install seat. She was there for almost 3 hours. She ended up being shuttled back home and then picked up about an hour later when the truck was ready. We run a residential plumbing business, and this took us out of the office/business for several hours. This was completely avoidable. Also I called to speak to the manager and was directed to his voicemail. I left him a message voicing my concerns, and asked him to please call me back ASAP, and never received a call back. Very unhappy with the entire experience. Very unprofessional.

Robert, we regret your most recent visit with us was not up to the standards we strive for. There was an obvious communication issue regarding your vehicle not being ready to pick up. Our technician was not aware that you were picking up the vehicle and had not reassembled the interior. The assembly process also took longer than expected due to complications that further delayed completion. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and wasted time.
