Confirmed Service Customer
Took vehicle in for mileage routine check-up because I believe after driving so many miles (after certain mileage number reached) that MUST be done. A lot of people I know don’t but not me, I do 100% care too! My ServicePerson was very thorough, knowledgeable saw all that needed to be done. Gave me that information, where I then made choices on what to work on. It cost me a little more cash wise to get done. Due to a discovered Fix Repair needed. Shocking because purchased my vehicle on my birthday less > than six months ago. Shame on the Salesman, for no customer deserves that. Especially, not me. Anyway, the Dealership ServicePerson was great! She was very professional, kind, listened to all I had to say, answered every question that I asked and nicely done so. The shuttle driver nailed it too! Drives smooth and safely. My experience overall was a great one. #Excellent. Thank you!!!
