It was a great experience from start to end. I was greeted when I walked in, Gary showed me the car I was interested in and we took it for a drive. He was very knowledgeable of the features of the car. When we discussed financing options he was able to get me to a payment I was comfortable with, without pressure and sales tactics. Matt took me through financing options. I did not feel pushed or pressured into value adds I did not need. Matt and I spoke openly and honestly and he made me feel comfortable with the process.
The next day I was told my car would not be ready for the holiday weekend. Gary sensed my disappointment and squeezed it in to be picked up. I met with Sal when I picked it up, who took me through the insurance and paperwork process with ease and was very proficient. He knew exactly what he was doing. He even called me a week later to follow up to see if I had any questions. I had a seance that the employees of the dealership were happy to be working there. I think that is a sign of a quality organization. This is my second purchase from this dealership, both have been great experiences. My last purchase was from a competitor, and I did not have the same experience.
