2. Points are earned on all retail parts and service sales including maintenance, after all discounts and coupons are applied and before sales tax is imposed.
3. Wholesale parts sales do not qualify for reward points.
4. Collision repairs do not qualify for reward points.
5. Reward Points are not legal tender. No cash back.
6. Reward points are nontransferable, have no independent monetary value and may not be otherwise redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any other benefit outside of those specified under the GM Preferred Owner Program.
7. Reward Points may only be redeemed at Cappellino Buick GMC or Cappellino Chevrolet.
8. If a part is returned and/or credit is issued on a service repair, the corresponding 5% reward points will be deducted from your account.
9. Reward points expire after 2 years of inactivity.
